Where optional vendors are customer-configured (e.g., bring-your-own AI key, email, or analytics), those vendors act under the customer’s own terms and are outside HyreSure’s subprocessor list.
Security & Data Handling
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for stored data.
- Role-based access controls, least privilege, SSO/MFA options.
- Audit logging, monitoring, and incident response procedures.
- Vendor due diligence and contractual data protection commitments.
International Transfers
Where data is transferred internationally, HyreSure uses appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum/IDTA, DPDP-compliant measures) and supplementary technical/organizational controls as needed.
Updates to This List
We may add or replace subprocessors as our Services evolve. Customers will be notified of material changes in advance (e.g., email or in-app notice) and may object where legally required by the Agreement/DPA.
