Product Manager (Equity-Based Consultant)

HyreSure, built under Bodhitva AI, is on a mission to redefine hiring through AI-driven automation — spanning JD creation, resume intelligence, candidate scoring, digital profiles (Kundli), interviews, assessments, and multi-agent automation across RecruitFlow, SkillBoard, and InterviewHub. We're now looking for a Product Manager / Product Strategist (Equity-only) who wants to help shape the future of this platform. This is a consulting/part-time role ideal for someone who wants to build real impact, own product vision, influence architecture decisions, and grow with a future unicorn — not just take a salary.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the founder to:
- •Define & refine the product vision across RecruitFlow, SkillBoard, and InterviewHub
- •Build the product roadmap for the next 18–24 months
- •Identify the most critical problems to solve in the hiring ecosystem
- •Conduct market, competitor & customer research
- •Translate user behavior, business needs, and AI capabilities into clear product directions
- •Partner with engineering, design, and AI teams to shape user journeys, features, and workflows
- •Help prioritize features using impact vs. effort frameworks
- •Lead experiments, validations, and feedback loops
- •Contribute to product narratives, pitch decks, and go-to-market strategy
- •Bring clarity and structure to an evolving multi-product AI ecosystem
What We're Looking For
This is NOT a typical corporate PM role. This is 0→1 and 1→N product building, in a fast-moving AI environment.

Role Overview
You will work closely with the engineering team to:

Key Responsibilities
